Section 2
Open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter and immediate family members are excluded.
Section 3
Every entry must include a correct answer to the stated skill question. Entries with incorrect answers are not eligible for the prize. This applies equally to paid and free entries.
Section 4
Paid entries are purchased through our online checkout. The minimum quantity per order is shown on each competition page.
Free entry is available by post. Include your full name, email address, postal address, the competition name, and your answer to the skill question. Send your entry to the address shown on the Free Entry Route page. The weighting is equal to a single paid entry.
Section 5
Entries are non-refundable once payment is completed, except where required by law. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We do not store card details.
Section 6
Each competition closes on the stated closing date. The draw is conducted within 7 days using a cryptographically secure random number generator. A full audit trail is published on the Winners page.
Section 7
Only eligible entries are included in the draw. The winner is notified by email or phone within 48 hours of the draw and has 30 days to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed, a new draw may be held.
Section 8
The prize is as advertised for the relevant competition. We reserve the right to substitute an equivalent prize of equal value if necessary.
Section 9
We collect and process personal data to administer the competition under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data is retained for 3 years for tax law purposes and 90 days for unsuccessful entrants. You have data subject rights under GDPR and can contact the promoter using the contact details above.
Section 10
The promoter is not liable for technical failures of the payment processor, postal delays affecting free entries, or prize delivery issues outside our control.
Section 11
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any dispute will first be referred to non-binding mediation and, failing resolution, to the Irish courts.
